Full truck bed and trailer - every square inch loaded. This is our ceiling rate, typically for large garages or storage units. Most jobs fall below this number.

Labor jobs are billed at $75/hr and include dumpster fees where applicable. We assess the scope on-site and give you a straight number before we start.
Travel fees may apply outside a 15-mile radius from home base. We'll always let you know upfront. Estimates are free regardless of location.

Never. Our upfront quote includes all local Iowa landfill fees, heavy lifting, transport, and final sweeping. The price we say is the price you pay.
Yes - items that can be donated, scrapped, or resold may reduce your total. We'll flag anything during the estimate and include it in your invoice.
Will I ever pay more than my quote?
What affects my final price?
Not for junk removal. Your quote is your maximum price. Large jobs require special consideration, and everything is discussed with the customer before a proposal is sent.
Volume and weight, disposal and recycling requirements, and labor required for safe removal. We walk through all of it before we start.
